HIGHLIGHTS
First, cold starters with 2 types of homemade cheese with truffles (cow cheese with truffles and mixed cow-sheep cheese with truffles), Istrian salami with truffles, various canapes with truffle spreads (white tartufata, truffles and olives, truffles and porcini mushrooms..), extra virgin olive oil with white truffles and pear jam with truffles/olives stuffed with cheese and truffles. After some cold starters, we continue the meal with the preparation of scrambled eggs with truffles. The scrambled eggs are prepared in front of our guests while they participate in the preparation and creation of the dishes. Thereby, they find out about all the little secrets of making of super delicious truffle meal. The scrambled eggs are served with a truffle salad (Rucola, cherry tomatoes, truffle cheese, truffle oil, truffles). For dessert, there is homemade cottage cheese (from a nearby family farm in the neighbouring village) topped with pear jam and black truffles or vanilla ice cream with white truffle honey. All drinks are included e.g. our homemade red and white wine – Teran and Malvaziia, home-made juices, tea, and water.
