You don’t have to pretend that you know wines and yet you can dig deeper if you are curious about how wine is made in the Istrian wine region. You will not be taken to “tourist-trap” wineries but rather winemakers which are dedicated to making wonderful local wines. Join and see for yourself!

After pick-up, you’ll drive to the first winery to get a proper introduction into the Istrian wine scene. Then, you’ll sit down in our favourite Istrian Konoba (Italian’s would call it Trattoria) to enjoy a delicious 2-course lunch (incl. wine) made by using only organically grown ingredients. Afterwards, you’ll head to the second winery to dig deeper into Istrian winemaking. Return is in the late afternoon, early evening hours.
